On June 11th 2021, Tianjiao Chemical second phase of 60,000 mt/y POP production line successfully produce qualified products, marking as a milestone in development of Tianjiao Chemical Materials CO., Ltd!
In order to ensure a successful trial production, the company has organized management technical backbone to discuss and demonstrate the scheme for many times. According to the hardware conditions of the device, the company has repeatedly checked the difficult points of process control item by item, and finally worked out the trial production scheme. Before the trial production, the requirements of each scheme have been reviewed by experts and implemented item by item.
The successful trial production of the 60,000 mt/y production line has expanded the company's production capacity of POP from 40,000 mt/y to 100,000 mt/y. which has enhanced the competitive advantage of the company's polymer polyol series products, provided new growth points and vitality for the company, and contributed new impetus to the high-quality development of the company.
